COVID-19 Delivery Service Delays:
Please note there may be service and shipping delays due to COVID-19. We are doing everything we can to keep our employees, customers and communities safe.
We cannot guarantee orders will be received in the exact time periods listed below.
Shipment processing time in the Philippines
All orders are processed within 1-3 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays and holidays.
If there will be a delay in the shipment of your order, we will immediately contact you via email or mobile phone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates via GoGo Xpress (Philippines)
- Metro Manila (1-3 days) - ₱80
- Luzon (3-5 days) - ₱140
- Visayas (5-7 days) - ₱160
- Mindanao (5-7 days) - ₱180
These estimates exclude Sundays and holidays. Please note that there may be service and shipping delays due to the challenging situation with COVID-19.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email/ SMS after your order has been shipped with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Sugarplum Fitness assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out replacement packages or refund these orders.
If you realize that you submitted the incorrect address at the time of order, please email email@example.com and notify us immediately. We can correct the address only if the order has not been shipped out yet.
Returned to Sender
Orders may be returned for various reasons such as an incorrect shipping address or several failed delivery attempts. If your order is Returned to Sender, we will charge an additional shipping fee to send a replacement package or we can refund the order minus a ₱500 restocking fee. The original shipping amount is not refundable.
Changes to Order
Once an order is placed we cannot add, remove, or change any items in the order.
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
Sugarplum Fitness assumes no responsibility for any products damaged or lost during shipping and cannot ship out any replacement packages or refund these orders. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
At this time we do not ship internationally.
